Ai Cleva provides outsourced support process management, manual message handling support, follow-up workflows, reporting and AI-assisted drafting support.
Human approval
The launch service does not automatically send customer messages. AI suggestions must be reviewed by a human before use.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, approved scripts, policies, escalation contacts and instructions for refunds, complaints and urgent issues.
No payment card storage
Ai Cleva does not collect or store payment card data through this website.
Limitation
Specific response times, sales outcomes and operational coverage must be agreed in a written client proposal or service agreement.
