Lead data
Lead forms collect only business contact and support-process details needed for sales follow-up and audit preparation.
Client data
Client onboarding will collect business policies, FAQs, tone of voice, escalation contacts and approved scripts. Customer-level records should be limited to what is needed for support delivery.
AI use
AI reply generation must happen server-side when enabled. API keys must never be exposed to the browser, and suggestions must be reviewed before sending.
Export and deletion
The admin dashboard should support CSV export and manual deletion of lead records, with audit logs where practical.
Retention
A data retention setting will be added to admin settings. The default business rule should be to keep only what is still needed.
